Our main program runs from August 15 to May 31. Whether you’re interested in year-round training or short-term experiences in Spain, we offer various opportunities to meet your needs.
SEASON-ROUND SOCCER PROGRAM
- One full season of elite training and competition while living at the resort "Mas Camarena," with or without academics.
SHORT-TERM STAYS
- Short-term elite training programs and competitions at the IDA Valencia soccer academy in Spain, for both individual players and teams.
SEMESTER SOCCER PROGRAM
- Experience a half season of elite training and competition while staying at the Mas Camarena resort, with or without academic classes.
HIGHER EDUCATION
- College and Master’s degree academic programs designed for student-athletes who want to continue their education while developing and competing at a high level with us.

At IDA Valencia, our football academy in Spain offers the perfect opportunity for a challenging year-long experience within the European football system.
Enhance your soccer skills while completing your high school education through our partner TPH Academy, or take a gap year to obtain a coaching license and learn Spanish. Valencia, the third largest city in Spain, is immersed in sports culture. The academy is located near three La Liga clubs: Valencia CF, Levante UD, and Villarreal CF.
Where do players stay during the program?
Players stay at our international soccer academy in Valencia, Spain, with accommodation provided at the Mas Camarena Sports Resort. The program includes full board with three meals per day in a safe, structured, and professional environment.
What does the training program include?
Our training program is designed to replicate a professional european football environment and includes:
- Daily training sessions led by UEFA-licensed coaches
- Up to 16 hours of on-field training per week
- Physical preparation and individualized performance work
- Strength and conditioning programs developed by our Sports Performance Department
- Nutritional guidance and planning
Is specialized physical and performance training provided?
Yes. Players follow a comprehensive physical development program that includes strength and conditioning, performance monitoring, and physical preparation tailored to each athlete.
Do players learn spanish during the program?
Yes. Spanish lessons are integrated into the program, allowing players to enhance their cultural experience and daily communication while living in Spain.
How is team placement determined?
Team positioning and competitive opportunities are determined according to each player’s level, performance, and overall development pathway.
Can players continue their academic studies during the program?
Yes. The program offers academic pathways including:
- High school programs through the USPA partnership
- Football coaching qualifications in collaboration with the Spanish FA
This allows student-athletes to balance education and football development.
Do players participate in tournaments?
Yes. Players have the opportunity to participate in major football tournaments, providing valuable competitive exposure and development experiences.
What´s included in the facilities?
Modern student residence with private en-suite bedrooms, premium amenities, and a nutritionist-designed meal plan, alongside access to world-class sports facilities, including turf soccer fields, athletics track, swimming pool, basketball, futsal, paddle, and tennis courts.

Alongside our training programs, our Soccer Academy offers trial opportunities for male student-athletes seeking to experience our environment before enrolling in the full academic and football pathway.
We have designed a specialized program for players aged 18+ who aspire to immerse themselves in the European football environment while gaining exposure and competing at a high level.
Trials are led by our top-level coaching staff and local team managers, ensuring a professional and comprehensive evaluation process. We are always looking for emerging talent.
